All Saints Healthcare provides person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities so they may live a fulfilled life. Our staff have a combined more than 35 years of experience in this domain. In determining the personalized services and level of care, we utilize person-centered coordination, which involves the individual, their families, the caregiver, and their healthcare professional. Individuals have a say in all decisions about the care they receive, the skills/vocational training they undergo, and the setting where the live and/or interact with others. Our goal is to ensure that their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
